We have a FREE returns policy and now offer FREE Doddle Returns to all UK customers as well as a FREE UK Collect+ returns service via over 5,900 local stores nationwide.

You may return your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund provided it is in its original, unused condition. We will issue a full refund excluding the original delivery charge. Please note it may take up to 10 working days from the date we receive your items back to process your refund.

Any items which are found to have make-up stains on the garment will not be refunded. Please note we cannot refund any grooming products, pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) for health and hygiene reasons. Shoes must be tried on indoors and must not show any signs on wear.

UK delivery options

Standard Delivery -£2.99. Deliveries take 3 to 5 working days and are delivered between 8am - 9pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).

Next Day Delivery- £3.99. Order before 10pm to receive your order tomorrow. Orders made after 10pm will be delivered the day after (excludes Sundays & Bank Holidays). Deliveries are made anytime between 8am - 9pm. Postcode restrictions apply.

Click & Collect -£1.99 or FREE over £30. Order before 9pm to receive your order tomorrow (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays) at your choice of our collection point partners; Doddle, toYou at ASDA and Hermes Parcel Shop. You will receive an e-mail or sms confirmation when your order is ready to collect.

Evening Next Day Delivery - £6.99. Order before midnight to receive your order the following evening (excludes Sundays & Bank Holidays). Deliveries are made anytime between 6pm - 10pm. Postcode restrictions apply.

Sunday Delivery -£5.99. Order before 10pm Saturday to receive your items on Sunday. Orders made after 10pm Saturday will be delivered the following Sunday. Postcode restrictions apply.
